Not All Mondays Have To Be Boring!

Since the summer of 1979 people have been singing about how much they dislike Mondays. For most people, the word “Monday” brings the dread of starting a new working week, but here at Lightlease it brings a sense of relief. From the start, Lightlease has been about introducing a new dimension into the commercial property industry and partnered with Monday.com to provide accountability and transparency into the leasing process.

Six months in and we don’t know how we worked without it. We can now share all parts of the leasing process with our clients and customise boards to suit their requirements. The major attraction of Monday.com is the real-time updates. Clients can receive updates straight to their email, or check the latest progress from the palm of their hand through the app.

As a small team with a lot going on, it has worked a treat! It is easy for any of us to find out the status and track the process of the multiple deals going on. A great feature is the file box, which we mainly use to upload marketing particulars and heads of terms, so these are easily accessible to the team and clients. 

We have found clients love the ability to check up on deals without the need to chase agents for an answer. Equally, by adding updates to each pulse, they know when we have made any notes such as when we last chased other agents and keeping track of the offers.
